Revolutionising Fulldome Production

Secured Innovate UK Audience of the Future funding and helped bring a first-of-its-kind fulldome production tool to the global dome community.

Festoon lets creators build and review fulldome content remotely, without needing access to a physical dome. In 2020, working alongside Arcus Immersive and developer Philippa Day, I helped secure Innovate UK Audience of the Future funding to bring the tool to market, giving creative teams a way to collaborate on dome content from anywhere in the world.

Shaping the Future of Fulldome & Immersive Media

For decades, I've been diving deep into the thrilling world of fulldome and immersive experiences, turning bold visions into reality. From groundbreaking software to mind-bending installations, here's a glimpse into some of the extraordinary projects I've helped bring to life:


Transformed complex environmental science into accessible fulldome content for a major US museum reaching tens of thousands of visitors annually.

Static displays at the Michigan museum weren't effectively communicating the urgency of environmental threats like invasive species, water pollution and sustainable water management. I worked with the institute to translate these threats into an immersive fulldome experience, giving visitors a clearer, more direct understanding of the science than a traditional exhibit could provide.

Executive Producer on a multi award-winning fulldome film, from concept to global planetarium distribution.

As Executive Producer, Distributor and Advisory Board member for the Moonraker team, I helped shape their first venture into fulldome storytelling. The film follows humanity's next giant leap, establishing a permanent lunar presence, from the 250,000-mile voyage to the challenges of the moon's hostile environment, told through visuals built specifically for the dome rather than a flat screen. I also lead the team's International Business Development. this is now in over 32 countries worldwide and in many formats.

Royal Observatory Greenwich and Disney's "Astro Assemble," an interactive educational platform bringing Marvel's storytelling and characters into the KS3 STEM curriculum.

I worked with the Royal Observatory Greenwich on the delivery of "Astro Assemble," a collaboration with Disney combining the observatory's scientific expertise with Marvel's storytelling and characters. The project uses gamification within the KS3 curriculum to make science fundamentals more engaging, encouraging young people from all backgrounds into STEM through the inspiring context of space.

Working closely with CEO Michael Hall, I helped run the testing phases that connected new dome content with the venues that would screen it, work that went on to shape how Kinetarium's platform reaches audiences today.
